You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward during this season of your life. Many people I work with are college students, veterans, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are navigating identity questions, relationship concerns, stress, or major life transitions. If parts of who you are have felt unseen or misunderstood, you deserve a space where your full self is welcomed and affirmed.
In therapy, I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where we move at your pace. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand thought patterns, manage anxiety, and build practical coping skills for everyday life. I also integrate Queer Theory to intentionally affirm identity, explore the impact of societal messages, and support authentic self-expression. Many clients find that therapy helps them feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to themselves and to others.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, an Army Veteran, and a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, I bring both lived experience and a deep commitment to service, leadership, and community into our work together. I am a counseling intern practicing under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician, in accordance with state and ethical guidelines. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
